Sleep With The Lights On May Cause Leukimia??

The scientists found that the body needs in a dark atmosphere to produce cancer-fighting chemicals. Even when we turned on the toilet light, stayed up late, traveling across time zones, street lights could be able to stop the production of melatonin substances.

The body requires chemicals to prevent DNA damage and the lack of melatonin substance will stop fatty acids into the tumor and prevent its growth.



Prof. Russle Reiter University of Texas who led the study, said "Once you are asleep and do not turn off their lights for 1 minute. Your brain immediately detects that the light is on all day and the production of melatonin substance get decreased. "


The number of children people with leukemia rise to double in the past 40 years. About 500 teenager under 15 years old diagnosed with leukemia a year and about 100 people died.

A conference on children with leukemia was held in London said that people suffering from cancer due to too long to use lights at bedtime at night than those who never use light at bedtime.

This suppress the production of melatonin which normally happens between the hours of 9 pm until 8 am. 



Previous research has shown that people who are most susceptible are shift workers who are at risk of developing breast cancer.

In fact, blind people who are not susceptible to melatonin have a lower risk of cancer. So the parents are advised to use light bulbs that dim and colored of red or yellow if the children afraid of the dark.

The Danger of Instant Noodles

If you are a fan of instant noodles, you should begin to reduce the habit. why?


That is because the noodles contain wax (the kind of additives that coat the noodles in order that the noodles do not stick each other) that are harmful to the body.


Believe it or not, the human intestine needs three days to remove the wax substance. Imagine if someone ate instant noodles every day, how many candles substances that will accumulate in his body?

There are a number of horror stories about the effects from the instant noodles, such as the following stories :

a. A former stewardess from Singapore airlines affected by cancer that ended her life for her habit of eating instant noodles every day.



b. It is more tragic, a man forced to carry such a replacement tool for his anus since 4 years ago because of the lower intestine to the anus was being cut. The cause was because of the piling preservatives in that part because of his habit of excessive eating instant noodles while he was still a student.

  1. Boil the water until boiling using the large amount of water.
  2. After boiled, move some water into the bowl. And some water remains in the pan and keep heat the water in the pan, after that put the instant noodle into the pan until the noodle is cooked.
  3. Lift the noodles and Drain it. And then wash the noodles with normal temperature of drink water. It will be good if we wash it in three times of rinse.
  4. And then put the water from the bowl into the pan. Heat the water. After that put the noodle (that already cooked, drain and wash) back into the pan. 
  5. Finally give the seasoning into the pan.
If you try this way at home, it will result in better taste and even more savoury as compare to the direction listed in noodle package. Sometimes if we follow the normal direction in cooking the noodles, and when we chew noodles, the throat will felt itch.
